Who We Are
We are a Queer & Arab-owned, holistic Human Resources & People Operations consulting & fractional services company. Companies of all sizes face challenges with “keeping the lights on work,” employee retention, engagement, growth, communication, and inclusivity. This is where HERC comes in! Whether you’re a 10-person organization wanting to lay scalable foundations or 100+ people noticing these challenges & wanting to turn things around - we are here to help with strategy and/or execution.
